Программные решения для Вашего бизнеса
The QKS 14 controller features potentiometers or digital parameters to adjust the door motion profile:
Inspect the bottom door tracks for debris or stones that might be stalling the motor.
Regulated strictly by safety codes (such as ASME A17.1 or EN 81). The closing kinetic energy must not exceed 10 Joules (or 7.37 ft-lbs), and the stall force must be restricted to less than 135 Newtons (30 lbs).
Signal the controller when the door is fully open or fully closed.
Safe operation relies on continuous feedback between the door operator and the main elevator controller. Crucial Signals
: The drive belt should have approximately 10–15mm of "give" when pressed firmly. Over-tightening leads to premature bearing failure, while under-tightening causes slipping.
Hang the car door panels onto the hanger rollers. Verify that the clearance between the door panels and the sill meets local elevator code (typically 4–6 mm). Step 2: Belt Tensioning Loosen the idler pulley adjustment bolt.
Check belt tension immediately. Isolate the motor and check phase resistance with an ohmmeter.
