The most direct way to bypass the Scoped Storage issue is to manually create the save directory that FIFA 14 is failing to generate.

This happens because the game is misreading your available storage due to permission restrictions on newer Android versions, not because your device is actually full.
Open this folder. If it is empty, create a new folder inside it named exactly .
If the game cannot create the save folder itself, you must create it manually to grant the game a place to write data. Connect your phone to a via USB.
